Well Ryan hope you found this, I wanted to move just your post but everything ended up here My first guess is something is plugged in one carb. Sometimes even after cleaning, small pieces of dirt will plug up a passage inside the carb.If you don't have EGT gauges on the sled you should be able to feel ( carefully) for a differance in the temp of the pipes or in the Y pipe. Warning, both will be hot, but one side will be hotter, if the other side is pluged. If you notice a differance, you should be able to swap carbs side to side. If the problem is now on the other side, its in the carb, if the same side is still the problem, its time to look at ignition, compression and so on
