A guy was telling me that a couple of weights have been removed from my clutch (max torque). If you counted from one clutch weight, # 's 3&6 are gone. I'd upload a pic but it's too large to deal with from my phone.

You certainly can do that but it is rough on the clutch because the loose shoe can go from one drive tab to the opposite one and eventually you break off the drive tab. You would get more slip and a higher engagement but you would get more heat because of the excess slippage. In summary there is a better way to accomplish higher engagement.
